Experience Our Space

We had a very good relaxing time at Jaens Spa, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who is very kind, and they offered a tea. The spa is clean, and beautiffully decorated in a modern and streamlined style. They provide single-use underwears and towels. It was all we needed after a long flight.

We had a very relaxing stay at the Shanti Spa. Yunita and Komang were very attentive and accommodated our every need. You'll be greeted with tea and can choose from three different oils. After the treatment, you can take a relaxing shower. At the end of the treatment, you'll receive a small gift in the form of a sweet root and tea.

My friend and I had a wonderful treatment yesterday, consisting of a hair treatment and a wonderful head and shoulders massage. It was so relaxing and our hair feels lovely and soft today ❤️ As an unexpected bonus I was treated with birthday cake from the staff as it was my birthday. That was a wonderful surprise! Thank you and I will definitely be back for another treatment.

I had an amazing experience at Jaens Spa Triloka, the newest branch of Jaens Spa. This was my first visit, and I indulged in two treatments over two days: a full-body massage with scrub, followed by a foot massage the next day. The nice ambiance, overlooking rice fields, made my foot massage and bathtub experience truly amazing. The expert massage therapists perfectly alleviated my stiffness. I'll definitely return when I'm in Ubud again.
